When I was desperate for answers on how to be resilient, I couldn’t relate to the typical inspirational stories of Olympians and mountain climbers. Most audience members can’t either. Even for those respected athletes, the hardest work is living life between the big wins and losses. That’s why my passion is inspiring people to master everyday resilience.
