Running a biz on your own can be overwhelming. The key is to not let one of the areas dip too much, for too long. It’s the lack of consistency in the different buckets that will get your biz behind.
Like at tax time, how many of your friends go into a tizzy because they didn’t stay on top of their bookkeeping?
How many people get so wrapped up in serving clients that they procrastinate on sales?
Or get lost in the vortex of busy marketing instead of being thoughtful and strategic about what they do and the time they spend.
This simple trick of building my days around a daily focus helped me be sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
